Spicy dan dan noodles

This has everything we need for a completely satisfying – and slurpable - dinner or work lunch on the run: nicely thick udon noodles, spiced-up pork mince, Chinese broccoli and shiitake mushrooms, all bathed in a miso/chilli bean sauce with the tingling buzz of Szechuan peppercorns.
