Teriyaki chicken and rice bowl

A neat, Japanese-inspired package of carbs (sushi rice), protein (free-range chicken in a home-made teriyaki marinade of mirin, sake and soy) and veg (carrots and edamame), covering every possible base, and most importantly the crucial one: it’s damn tasty.
